Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

Full Refunds: Guests may cancel their bookings up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. This applies to all tours and services unless otherwise specified.

Non-Refundable Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact information provided in your confirmation email. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
